Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 September 2026
1. Who we are and these terms
This website is operated by IDELLA SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS RENTAL L.L.C S.O.C, a company established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under trade licence no. 1560072, with its office at Office 905-22, 9th Floor, Iris Bay Tower, 145 Al Mustaqbal Street, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean that company.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We may amend these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The version published on this page is the version that applies to your use of the site, so please check it when you return.
2. Use of the website
You may use this website for your own business or personal purposes, and to consider or request the products we offer. You may print or download extracts for those purposes.
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that harms any person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is hosted on, or any connected system;
- introduce any malware, or launch any denial-of-service or automated attack against the site;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details from the site.
Misuse of a website or an information system is an offence under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes. We may report misuse to the competent authorities.
We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, without notice. We do not guarantee that the site or its content will always be available or uninterrupted.
3. Intellectual property
The text, layout and design of this website are ours or used with permission, and are protected by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights and by the corresponding laws of other countries. All such rights are reserved.
Product names, product images, datasheets and technical specifications are the material of the respective manufacturers, and appear here to identify and describe the products we offer. Deye and Leapton are trademarks of their respective owners.
4. Your requests
When you send us a request, you confirm that the information you give is accurate as far as you are aware and that you are entitled to share it with us. We use it to answer you, to prepare a quotation, and to supply any equipment you go on to order.
Please do not send us sensitive personal data through this website. Anything you send is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may decline to respond to, or may delete, any submission that is unlawful, offensive or abusive.
5. Product information, prices and quotations
Technical information on this website is taken from the manufacturers’ published material and may change without notice. Always check the current manufacturer datasheet before ordering; where this website and the datasheet differ, the datasheet prevails.
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% UAE Value Added Tax. They may change, and they do not include delivery or installation unless a quotation says so. Although we take care, a price or description may occasionally be shown in error.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract comes into existence by your use of the site. A binding commitment arises only when we issue a written quotation and it is accepted in accordance with its own terms. Availability, final price and delivery are confirmed in that quotation, which is valid only for the period stated in it.
We do not take payments through this website.
6. Manufacturer warranties and third-party links
Manufacturer warranties on the equipment we supply are given by the manufacturer, on the manufacturer’s terms. We do not extend or replace them unless we say so in writing.
Where this site links to third-party websites — including manufacturer product pages and datasheets — those links are provided for information only. We do not control those websites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Our responsibility for loss or damage
We never exclude our liability where UAE law does not allow us to. In particular, nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our fault, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross fault, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to your use of this website.
If you are a business user: we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of anticipated savings, business interruption or loss of data arising out of your use of this website, whether the claim is framed in contract, in tort or otherwise.
If you are a consumer: we are liable for loss or damage you suffer that is a direct and foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not liable for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. This does not affect your statutory rights — see the next section.
8. If you are a consumer
If you deal with us as a consumer rather than as a business, you have rights under UAE consumer protection law that these terms do not affect — Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations, issued by Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023.
Among other things, those laws give you the right to accurate information about what you are buying and its total price, to goods that match their description and are fit for their purpose, to an invoice, and to have a defect put right, replaced or refunded.
If you buy from us remotely, the Executive Regulations give you a period in which you may cancel and return goods without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions they set out. Where such a right applies to something you order from us, we will set out in your quotation or contract documents how to exercise it.
If you want to complain and we have not resolved it with you, you can raise it with the Ministry of Economy and Tourism on 600 522 225 or through moet.gov.ae, or with the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai through consumerrights.gov.ae. Nothing on this website limits those rights.
9. Governing law and how to contact us
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The Courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumer rights conferred by UAE law may also be pursued through the channels described in the section above.
To contact us about these terms, email info@idella.ae, or write to us at IDELLA SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS RENTAL L.L.C S.O.C, Office 905-22, 9th Floor, Iris Bay Tower, 145 Al Mustaqbal Street, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
